Main Features
The spindle box uses a T-type slide for stable support.Meanwhile, the Z-axis hard guide ensures smooth cutting and high precision.
The spindle group comes from a professional Taiwanese factory with high precision and excellent performance.Meanwhile, the tool gripper uses the spindle’s butterfly spring to create tension.It pulls the tool holder’s nail via a four-petal claw broaching mechanism.Then, the tool tightly fits the spindle taper hole to ensure firm gripping.
The machine tool has the spindle orientation function.
The bed workbench, including the columns, beams, saddles, spindle boxes and other large parts mentioned later, are all made of high-strength cast iron materials and resin sand casting. Engineers use 3D software to optimize and design these large parts.Moreover, they arrange rib plates reasonably to enhance structural rigidity.
