Depending on the type of CNC machine, the structure of the bed has a variety of forms. The bed structure of the CNC milling machine and machining center has two types: fixed column and mobile column. The former is generally adapted to small and medium-sized vertical or horizontal machining centers, while the latter is further divided into an overall T-shaped bed and a T-shaped bed assembled separately from the front and rear beds. The T-shaped bed means that the bed consists of a transverse front bed (also called a horizontal bed) and a rear bed (also called a vertical bed) perpendicular thereto. The integral bed structure has a closed box-shaped structure and a high rigidity.
