We are thrilled to unveil the upgraded CNC Machining Centers VMC855L model, designed with cutting-edge features to deliver enhanced performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance. With a range of significant improvements over the previous version, the new VMC855L offers exceptional value to users, ensuring increased productivity and a smoother machining experience.
Key Upgrades of CNC Machining Centers:
I. Configuration Enhancements:
Standard Heat Exchanger:
The heat exchanger, now a standard feature, was previously optional and is valued at approximately ¥3000. This upgrade improves thermal management, promoting longer machine life and better stability.
Upgraded Lubrication System:
The lubrication capacity has been increased from 3L to 4L, with an advanced oil pump that includes built-in oil supply time and interval settings. This ensures smoother operation, reduces maintenance efforts, and improves overall efficiency.
External Communication Port:
A new power socket has been added for easy computer power supply, enhancing connectivity and making setup more convenient.
Electrical Cabinet:
The electrical cabinet now features an integrated work light for easier maintenance, improving visibility during servicing.
Upgraded Electrical Control System:
The control system has been enhanced with an integrated circuit board, simplifying fault identification and handling. Additionally, all power motors now include thermal overload protectors for enhanced protection.
Simplified Power Input Connection:
Quick-connect terminals have been added to the main power input, making installation faster and more convenient.
Future-Proofing:
Reserved space for a fourth-axis drive and chip conveyor control interface provides flexibility for future upgrades. The integrated control system also allows for remote board repair and replacement, reducing maintenance costs over time.
Spindle Tool-Release Cylinder with Liquid Level Detection:
This upgrade extends the life of the spindle cylinder, ensuring improved operational reliability and reduced downtime.
Chip Ejection Ports:
Standardized chip ejection ports are now included throughout the machine’s interior, providing a cleaner environment and enhancing overall performance.
II. Sheet Metal & Internal Design Improvements:
Fully Enclosed Tool Magazine:
The tool magazine has been upgraded from semi-enclosed to fully enclosed, with additional sheet metal shielding to prevent oil mist and coolant overflow. This results in a cleaner and more efficient machining environment.
Improved X-Axis Motor Cable Routing:
The X-axis motor cables are now routed internally, reducing friction hazards and offering a tidier, more visually appealing machine interior.
Optimized Electronic Handwheel Storage:
The handwheel storage position has been reworked for better accessibility, with an improved design for a more aesthetically pleasing user experience.
Z-Axis Zero Point Indicator:
The new Z-axis zero point indicator allows for easier calibration of the Z-axis zero point and tool change height, streamlining setup processes for customers.
The upgraded CNC Machining Centers VMC855L promises to deliver higher performance, reduced maintenance costs, and a more user-friendly experience. These innovations reflect our ongoing commitment to providing the latest technology and superior solutions for our customers’ machining needs.
